Modular Training Programs

We have developed an extensive, focused training program for new hires. This program consists of three modules:

Orientation
This module will include an understanding of Outsourcing business module and focuses on English language accent moderation, cultural acclimatization.

Soft Skills
This module will include general customer service skills, problem solving skills and handling difficult situations.

Client-Specific Training
This module trains agents on the specific requirements of the clients.
